AIMS

To return people who have experienced mental
health problems to employment, training and or
education. Anyone on our project is treated first and foremost as an individual, we concentrate on what someone can do rather than what they can't.
Cam Ymlaen is also further developing its job
retention service, to work with people who may be
in danger of losing their employment due to mental
ill health.

HOW

Cam Ymlaen offers a flexible referral system.
Following referral we will offer the client an informal chat to discuss the options available. Individual guidance is provided to all clients throughout their involvement with the project. Lack of confidence and low self-esteem are emotions that our clients often need help with before they can realistically expect to move on with their lives.
